Local Products Warranty
All locally manufactured items (where applicable) come with a standard service warranty.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Operational faults not caused by misuse
Component issues specified at the time of purchase
Warranty terms and duration may vary depending on the product category and will be communicated clearly on your invoice.
Imported Products Warranty
Imported machinery often comes without a manufacturer’s warranty.
Because of this:
Imported items do not include warranty, unless explicitly mentioned on the product listing or invoice.
Customers will be informed beforehand if a warranty is included or not.
We still offer after-sales support and guidance for all imported machines.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
To maintain transparency, the warranty does not apply to:
Damages caused by improper installation
Faults resulting from misuse, neglect, or overloading
Wear-and-tear parts (heating elements, belts, bulbs, switches, etc.)
Electrical issues caused by voltage fluctuations
Water, fire, or physical impact damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Installation & Site Readiness
Warranty is applicable only if:
The product is installed on a fully prepared site
It is operated under recommended conditions
Power supply and gas supply meet required standards
Improper site conditions may void warranty and impact performance.
