Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery time for locally available items is 30–40 working days (excluding imported machinery).
Delivery times may vary depending on product type, location, and availability.
Payment Terms
60% advance is required to confirm and initiate your order.
The remaining 40% balance is payable before dispatch, once your order is ready for shipment.
Prices quoted are exclusive of government taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Quoted prices remain valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
Installation & Accessories
Installation accessories or site-related materials must be arranged by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
Installation or setup charges (if required) are billed separately.
Packaging, Delivery & Handling
Packaging is done according to commercial standards to ensure safe transport.
Delivery and unloading at the customer’s location are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customers are requested to receive the goods within 7 days of order completion notice.
Delayed receiving may incur storage or handling charges.
Product Details & Notes
Stainless-steel fabrication (where applicable) is done in non-magnetic, high-grade steel for durability.
Some items may be supplied without additional components (e.g., mixers, pipes, attachments) unless specified.
Warranty Note
Imported items may not carry warranty unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.
Local items include warranty as per product specification or agreed terms.
